Traditional Notarizations

The classic in-person signing: verified identity, witnessed signature, and a seal that recorders, courts, and agencies accept the first time.

What This Service Entails

The Seal Behind Everyday Legal Life

Deeds, affidavits, powers of attorney, and countless other instruments require a traditional notarization: you appear before a commissioned notary, prove who you are, and sign while they watch. We verify the document is complete, confirm you are signing willingly, administer any required oath, and complete the certificate with our stamp and journal entry.

Because the details differ by document — an acknowledgment is not a jurat, and the wrong certificate gets rejected — we select and complete the correct wording for every paper you bring.
