Wills, trusts, deeds, powers of attorney, affidavits, contracts, and most business filings — provided the signer appears with valid ID and the document is complete. If you are unsure, send us a photo and we will confirm free of charge.

No. Many agreements are valid without a seal. It is typically required for recorded instruments, sworn statements, and documents filed with government offices — or whenever stronger proof of identity is wise.

A standard signing takes 15 to 30 minutes once documents are ready. Multi-document packages and multi-signer sessions take longer — we quote the time when you book.

Any current government-issued photo ID: driver's license, passport, state ID, or military ID. It must be unexpired and must match the name on the document — or include documented proof of a name change.

Please don't. The notary must watch you sign. A pre-signed document usually has to be reprinted and re-signed at the appointment — bring everything unsigned and we will guide you.

Yes. Colorado authorizes remote online notarization on approved platforms with ID verification, knowledge-based authentication, and a recorded audio-video session. Our guide walks through the whole process.

Yes. Mobile agents visit homes, hospitals, offices, and title companies across the metro area, often same-day. Evening appointments run until 8 PM on weekdays.
