Our Role
Quillpoint Notary Group provides notarial acts — verifying identity, witnessing signatures, and administering oaths — in accordance with Colorado law. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice, draft documents, or choose certificate wording on your behalf beyond the notarial certificate itself.
Appointments and Fees
Fees are quoted before booking and never exceed state-maximum rates. Single seals are $25, package pricing applies to multi-document visits, and mobile travel is quoted by distance. Appointments cancelled with less than two hours' notice may incur a $20 rescheduling fee.
What You Must Bring
Documents must be complete and unsigned at the time of the act, and every signer must present valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID. If a signer lacks acceptable ID, we will explain the lawful alternatives — including credible witnesses — before proceeding.
Refusal of Service
We must decline any act where identity cannot be established, willingness is in doubt, the document is incomplete, or the request would violate the law. In such cases any prepaid fee for the declined act is refunded in full.
